Check your order within 2 working days of receipt. Please notify us in good time of any complaints.

The item is damaged

Report the damage to info@crookedspider.nl. You will be contacted as soon as possible. As described in our general terms and conditions, we are not responsible for the damage suffered during the delivery. However, we will help to find a suitable solution.

The article is not as expected
Are you not satisfied? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@crookedspider.n. Then we will look for a suitable solution. Please state the order number.

Returns
You can return any unused item, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Send an email to info@crookedspider.nl. Please help us by stating in the e-mail: name, address, city, invoice number and reason for return, so we can help you more swiftly. Now that you have received the e-mail, we will contact you to make arrangements about the return.

The costs for returning are for your own account. If the product has arrived safely with us, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account. The items must be returned in good condition. Articles must be complete, unused, undamaged, unworn and beer unopened. The item is, if possible, still in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned. Returns are at your own risk.

Exchange
It is only possible to exchange your item (s) for a different size. Exchange is possible at The Web, our taproom. There you can exchange the item for a different size if in stock.
