We used some brand new roasted malts with unique flavour profiles reminiscent of toffee, coffee and honey.
The sweetness is amazingly balanced with bitter coffee flavours.
We also added rye and spelt, both help to give a distinct spiciness to the beer.
The beer was fermented with US-05, a yeast known for being very clean which helps to bring out the flavours of the malt without being overpowered by the yeast.
